In order to gain access OpenComputers, you have to be either VIP+ or Elite. This is because OpenComputers code can be written which can maliciously harm the server. When people invest real currency, they are much less likely to abuse their powers. You can donate here to unlock OpenComputers access.
In addition, VIP+ and Elites also have to take this test in order to gain OpenComputers rights. This is done to confirm to us that you're experienced with LUA and will not write up memory eating applications, which may slow down the server.
We recommend you to read at least the OpenComputers wiki. Reading a few LUA tutorials would also help.
