I see no one's replied yet lol, so I have a few questions of my own:
Does it come with everything pictured?
If so, does it come with anything else not pictured as well?
How much aprox are you looking for it?
Would you do items instead of money?
Does this cost include the price of moving it somewhere?
If not, how much more would it be to have it moved?

1. Yes it does.
2. everything you don't see in the house does not come with it but for a price that can change if you want, the surrounding lands are also yours.
3. Well I haven't though up a price until someone wanted it so 350 creds will do but we can haggle lower if you want. 
4.if you have no money to spend 10 diamonds can do. (haggleable also)
5. if you want to move it that is up to you not me no charge for it.
6.please read step 5 and repeat as necessary.
